I forgot: my run. I did 16 minutes, walked 3 minutes, then another 10 minutes (with 6 minutes of warmup and 6 min cooldown). It was really hard today. I think maybe I need to have a carb-y snack before my workouts now, to get a little energy, especially on these days when I'm dragging. Tomorrow I have to go do my weights, as well as run. But I'd already had a long and intense day by the time I worked out, so I wasn't too worried about skipping the full workout today.
